We strive to provide the best and quickest shipping service to our customers. To ensure a high standard, we have partnered with DHL Express for all our outgoing shipments, independently of the destination.
We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment receipt but of maximum within 5 working days of your purchase.
The cost of shiping is dynamically calculated before your payment and no extra/hidden costs will apply upon delivery.
For orders above 99€ for Germany and 199€ for the rest of European countries, we will carry the shipping costs, independently of the size / weight of the package.

We ship to all EU countries.
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@towaatelier.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Situlistr. 66c, 80939 Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
Once your return is processed, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The costs of the return shipment are to be paid in full by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In the unfortunate, yet unlikely event that your order gets lost, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@towaatelier.com. We will try to resolve the issue with our logistics partner DHL Express.
None at all. However due to different VAT (Value-Added Tax) brackets in the various EU countries, your final price will be adapted to comply with your local tax regulations.
Yes! We use Shopify as our eCommerce platform, which has taken steps to comply fully with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the EU.
In the unlikely event of a data breach, Shopify has processes in place to notify us at TOWA.atelier promptly so that we can take appropriate action, e.g. to report this to relevant authorities, etc.

Upon placing your order, you will typically receive a DHL shipment number, enabling you to track the delivery status at your convenience.
We accept PayPal for now, but very soon we will expand to many more payment options (most credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay etc.) in the near future.
Unfortunately we do not ship / sell our products outside the EU. We are striving however to include the UK and Switzerland into our market portfolio, as soon as possible.
