  • Grain and indigo dye may vary slightly from one piece to another.
  • The waterproof coating conforms to the Food Sanitation Law, so the indigo dye will not bleed through.
  • Please note that the waterproof coating may peel off if subjected to strong impact.
  • After washing with neutral detergent, dry well and let dry naturally.
  • Do not cut hard or frozen food, as it may cause the blade to spill.
  • Do not burn the blade with fire.
  • Do not use a dishwasher.
