1. Fill out the information above, including the sender's name (From:), the recipient's name (To:) and their email addresses. We encourage you to add a personalized message for the recipient.
2. Proceed to checkout and purchase the items in your cart.
3. Once your purchase is complete, we will send you a receipt and confirmation.
4. We will also send your personalized message to the recipient along with instructions on how to redeem their gift card.
The Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the time of purchase.
1. When you have receive a Gift Card from TOWA.atelier, first simply choose the products you like from the Shop by adding them to your cart.
2. Proceed to Checkout.
3. Enter the Gift Card code in the Discount code or Gift Card window on the right-hand-side and press Apply.
4. The value of the total sum will be adjusted automatically.
The Gift Cards cannot be paid out in cash, but they can be used multiple times for purchases, for as long as they are valid (3 years).
