In January, we stumbled upon a brand-new guidebook on Japan from the newly established publishing house, Éditions Komorebi. Intrigued, we ordered a copy to explore its content — especially its artful photography. When it arrived, it felt like Christmas all over again. The exquisite design, captivating stories of Japanese artists and innovators, breathtaking photography and impeccable print quality left us spellbound.
Eager to share this gem with our community, we reached out to Éditions Komorebi and were introduced to Alexandra Caulea, the founder and editor, to explore the possibility of promoting and selling her debut book through TOWA 永遠.atelier. To our delight, she welcomed the idea — and here we are, honoured to collaborate with her brand!
Éditions Komorebi’s values align closely with ours at TOWA 永遠.atelier. With The Elevated Guidebook to Japan (coming soon to our shop), Alexandra celebrates the art of slowing down, embracing a mindful yet extraordinary journey into Japanese culture. She strives to amplify Japan’s voice and heritage through carefully curated content — blending her own experiences and photography with contributions from a hand-picked selection of collaborators.
In her pursuit of "making the extraordinary [of Japan] accessible to all," she is already working on her next publications and we can’t wait to see what’s next!
Congratulations to Éditions Komorebi and Alexandra Caulea on this stunning achievement — an inspiring testament to her dedication and meticulous research.
